A 3-day retreat on the quiet south shore of Lake Chelan to help you come back to center, restore what’s been depleted, and rebuild your capacity for a vibrant life. Through movement, rest, sound, like-minded community, and nature, you’ll unwind your nervous system and reconnect to your body as a place of steadiness and support.

Includes most meals, six 90-minute sessions, your own cozy forest cabin, a floating sound bath, lakefront access, walking trails, and good company.

Cozy forest cabins with kitchen, deck & comfortable beds, plus access to waterfront, scenic trails, and a tucked-away pool. Option to share 1–2 bedroom cabins with a friend.

Dinner Thursday, breakfast + lunch Friday and Saturday, and breakfast Sunday, all by Nonna’s, a local favorite known for clean ingredients and the love poured into every offering.

A combination of dynamic movement, breath re-patterning, vocal toning, touch, sound healing, yoga Nidra, qi gong, TRE & inner journey work to clear stagnated energy & reclaim your life force.

Float or rest poolside as crystal singing bowls and nature sounds wash over you, with a guided elemental meditation to deepen connection while immersed in the warmth of the heated pool.

Join nurse coach Christy Sloan for a guided session exploring emotional layers, learning to feel, process, and breathe through what’s been held with gentle support, clarity, and care.

While we anchor into a strong, steady center & build tools for regulation, we won’t regulate over what needs to be felt. Authenticity, self-trust, & comfort in your body are foundations of well-being.
Arrive and check into your cabin by 4. Take time to settle in and explore the property—like a school child landing in a forested, lakefront playground. We’ll meet in the Pavilion at 5:30 for dinner and our opening ceremony, connecting with our comrades in nervous system support and anchoring into our intentions for the weekend.
Our evening practice begins at 7—your only job is to relax. Receive Healing Touch, restorative movement, sound healing, and yoga Nidra as you are fully held and supported by Kelsey & Christy.

Awake at your leisure. Our dynamic nervous system reset movement practice runs 7:00–8:30am, with breakfast to follow—enjoy in community or take it back to your cabin. Coaching with Christy Sloan is 9:30–10:30am.
The rest of the day is yours—explore the trails, lounge poolside, soak in the waterfront views, nap, create, read, or follow whatever your heart desires.
We’ll meet again at 7 for an evening restorative session and inner journey work to help release what’s been held in your system (co-led by our onsite massage therapist & yoga guide Kelly Larson) the perfect nightcap for deep, restful sleep.

Awake at your leisure. Our morning practice is led by Amber Moore, owner of Holistic Alchemy from 7:00–8:30am, with breakfast to follow from 8:30–9:30am.
We’ll gather again for lunch from 12:30–1:30—grab it to go and eat lakeside or enjoy in community. Our forest bathing sound bath will be from 1:30–2:15 at the pool.
We’ll meet again at 7pm for our evening practice & nervous system unraveling.

Awake at your leisure. Qi Gong at the water’s edge (weather permitting) from 7:00–8:30am, followed by our closing ceremony. Breakfast to follow, then we’ll share our goodbyes.
