Each week we’ll practice movement together live, with a recording you can return to all week. Every session is built around the theme of that week to anchor the work into the body. Expect a blend of yoga, qi gong, and somatic movement — both strong and gentle — designed to help you land deeply in yourself, clear old patterning, and restore life force.

Each week we’ll gather live for a check-in and open Q&A, giving each participant space to share and receive support. There is real power in a shared container, as common themes often arise across the group. You may find yourself gaining clarity, feeling deeply heard, and receiving insight in places you didn’t even realize needed support.

Each inner journey is centered on the theme of the week to support embodied integration of the work. You’ll receive the journey following our live call to practice daily, helping anchor the experience throughout the week. Expect elemental wisdom, deep body awareness, connection to higher power, and a growing trust in yourself.

A 21-day guided journal designed to support your movement from surviving into thriving. Each entry offers space for reflection and integration as the work unfolds. Best used in the morning to intentionally set the tone for your day ahead.

Over the course of three weeks, repetition is used to help stabilize your system and anchor lasting change. Each week builds intentionally on the one before it, creating a supportive and structured progression. This is an opportunity to meet the work with commitment and make choices that support your growth.

We aren't here to just talk about growth, but to feel it in your body. We work to clear emotional conflicts, stabilize the nervous system, and reconnect you to what truly matters so you can feel alive in your humanness, even in deeply challenged times. This isn’t about perfection, but about building faith in your body, and therefore yourself.

Each session includes movement, inner journey work, sharing, and Q&A. Expect non-dogmatic prayer woven throughout.

This container invites daily devotion to the process, including movement, inner journey work, and time with your journal each morning throughout the 21 days. Class recording will be sent with movement + mediation separated so you can use throughout the week, or anytime to return to you.
