Nestled in the tranquil forests of Lake Chelan’s quiet south shore, this retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of nature. Hosted at Kelly’s Resort, a peaceful sanctuary and hidden gem tucked among the trees, you’ll stay in a cozy forest cabin with access to scenic hiking trails, a heated pool (weather permitting), and a lakefront sauna for hot and cold therapy—offering the perfect blend of movement, stillness, and renewal.
Guided by Kelsey Herold, an experienced instructor with over 1,000 hours of training in yoga, meditation, and energy healing, you’ll experience twice-daily movement and meditation practices including Qi Gong, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatics, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Inner Journey work. These offerings are designed to help you drop into your body, release tension, and reconnect with your spirit.
We are also honored to welcome guest teacher Amber Redfield, a 500 RYT yoga instructor with a gift for creating and leading beautifully safe and nurturing spaces in yoga and meditation. Amber will be offering a special session or two to deepen your retreat experience.
Throughout your stay, Caitlin, the loving steward of Kelly’s Resort, will serve as our house mother, ensuring you feel warmly welcomed and supported. Her presence adds an extra layer of care and hospitality, making this retreat feel like a true sanctuary.
This retreat is intentionally spacious and unhurried, giving you ample time to rest, soak in nature’s beauty, and listen to the quiet wisdom within. Your cabin will be stocked with nourishing breakfast essentials (please inform us of any dietary restrictions upon booking), and lunch will be provided daily.
