Forest Bathing Retreat: Mindful Movement & Meditation to Relax Into You

    I am so excited to invite you to this upcoming retreat at Kelly’s Resort - a true hidden gem on Lake Chelan’s south shore. This place has captured my heart, not only for its beauty and soul-nourishing land, but also for its rich history. Family-run since 1948, Kelly’s holds a long tradition of welcoming guests into the magic of the forest and the nourishing waters of the lake. The cabins are tucked among the trees just across the road, giving you cozy forest accommodations, while the property itself stretches to the waterfront where you can soak in the revitalizing spirit of Chelan’s crystal-clear waters.


    As a working single mom to two, I know what it feels like to crave a pause - a couple of days to simply breathe, unwind, and reset. This retreat is for you if you’ve been longing for:


    • Spaciousness to get clear
    • Time carved out just for YOU—to write, to be with nature, to drop into meditation, or to simply rest
    • A slower pace where you can unravel, soften, and return to yourself
    • You don’t have much time to sneak away, but know you could use a break

    ✨ What to Expect


    This is not a retreat packed with activity. It is intentionally designed to be open, quiet, and restorative - a 2-day getaway to come home to yourself.


    Together we’ll share:


    • 4 movement + meditation sessions (60-90 min each) blending Qi Gong, yoga, sound healing, and guided meditation - all gentle practices to shift the body into “rest and digest” 
    • An opening and closing ceremony to set intentions and anchor our prayers for the weekend
    • Spacious time to reflect, integrate, and simply be

    ✨ In Your Free Time


    You’ll have the freedom to create the retreat experience your body and spirit need most. You might:


    • Cozy up in your forest cabin with its fireplace, tea, and writing space
    • Nap, journal, create art, or meander the trails behind the property
    • Relax on the PEMF therapy mat provided on site
    • Spend quiet moments by the lakefront - journaling, dipping your toes, or simply listening to the waves
    • Connect with fellow retreat attendees and share in community - or savor solitude and silence
    • Book a massage with our on site massage therapist.

    Meals: Simple yet healthy breakfast essentials are stocked in your cabin for both mornings, and Saturday lunch will be lovingly provided by a local, health-conscious establishment.


    ✨ Investment


    Retreat rate: $600 for the weekend —a steal to stay at this historic resort and receive four 90-minute guided sessions, plus the spacious container to support your well-being and connection to self, nature, and spirit - the three pillars of a strong and steady foundation.


    📌 Lodging Note: Cabins are cozy and perfect for sharing. If you’d like to stay with a friend or another participant, there is an additional fee of $350 per person for a shared cabin. This fee will be added at checkout, but it will not be reflected in the initial booking total. We’ll adjust the balance after your reservation comes through.
