Integrative movement sessions blend dynamic and still postures to support nervous system balance, weaving together yoga styles, somatics, and qi gong to help you feel grounded, clear, and connected.

Inner journey work guides you into the body to gently dislodge untruths, reclaim life force, gather meaningful insight for your path forward, and seal in a deeper sense of self-trust and inner knowing. Reactivates bodily intelligence.

Coaching circle with Christy Sloan introduces the emotional guidance scale, guiding you to feel and name emotions while using breath to move through layers and dissolve the sticky knots held in the body.

This Columbia River home is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious—perfect for gathering with like-minded souls. We’ll close with hot tub soaks, PEMF mat time, and connection while taking in some incredible views.

A strong yet accessible practice weaving yoga, qi gong, and TRE to clear repression from the body and reconnect to your light and power.
12:00–1:00pm — Lunch + Community
Nourish, connect, and take your time.
1:00–2:00pm — Coaching Circle
Guided emotional processing and insight with supportive group connection.
2:00–2:30pm — Reflection + Integration
Journaling, quiet time, and optional PEMF mat sessions.
2:30–4:00pm — Deep Restorative Healing Session
Restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, inner journey work, and sound healing. Supported by multiple practitioners offering hands-on energy work and gentle massage techniques.
4:00–5:30pm — Integration + Free Time
