Kelsey’s work was born through descent and reclamation.
Her own journey through chronic stress, addiction, disconnection, oppressive conditioning, and a profound loss of self-trust eventually led her back to the body. Not as something to control or overcome, but as a source of truth, power, and spiritual intelligence.

Kelsey’s work was born through descent and reclamation.
Her own journey through chronic stress, addiction, disconnection, oppressive conditioning, and a profound loss of self-trust eventually led her back to the body. Not as something to control or overcome, but as a source of truth, power, and spiritual intelligence.
The practices that helped her reclaim her own life now inform the spaces she creates for other women: spaces where what has been silenced can be heard, what has been held can begin to move, and the woman beneath the conditioning can emerge.
Kelsey has completed more than 1,000 hours of training in yoga, meditation, sound, and energy medicine, and has guided thousands of classes and private sessions. Her work weaves extensive training with lived experience, deep intuition, and an unwavering belief that you are your own greatest healer and guide.
She is also a devoted mother to her two boys, Gage and Mack. When she’s not teaching or learning about the material she is passionate about, she can be found in nature, dancing, exploring, or lying riverside with a good book.

My role is not to become another authority over you. It is to walk beside you as we quiet the external noise, tend to what your body has been carrying, and create the conditions for your own knowing to be recognized.
Healing is not always soft. Sometimes it asks us to grieve, speak, move, choose, release, or draw a boundary. But it does not ask us to abandon ourselves.
Who in the heck is Lila?
Lila: pronounced {lee-la} Sanskrit
Lila means divine play or cosmic game—the recognition that we are here to express ourselves as sons and daughters of The Great Mother, each carrying an authentic spark with a unique calling and path to share.
When we remember and surrender to this knowing, our lives become an offering, a service to this Great Mystery, and through this, we help bring Heaven down to Earth.
