This practice moves back & forth between invigorating breath work, stillness, strengthening, & restorative postures. A gentle way to build strength, restore an over wired nervous system, & remind you of the deep calm available to you in each moment. Saturdays 10-11am
Supportive, restful postures with longer holds that gently invite the body to open. Massage tight muscles & tissues with deep conscious breathing to restore & reset an over-wired nervous system & reduce pain & stress.

I'm Kelsey. Mother to two vibrant & busy boys, nature enthusiast, wild woman, & steward to Lila Wellness. I am passionate about sharing tools & resources that help others find their way back home to themselves where the quality of your life improves & your awareness expands.
I am an experienced yoga guide & forever student with over a decade of practice & teaching experience. With over a 1000 training hours gathered & much self study in topics involving higher consciousness, yoga, essential oils, natural skincare, nervous system health, & more; I have much to share with you if you are seeking ways to enhance your overall well-being.
More than just gathering information, I have first hand experience in what it takes to rise from adversity, low self confidence, & living a life that does not fully reflect the magnificence of your soul.
As a troubled teen I started using hard drugs & alcohol at a very young age & spent the majority of the last 20 years of my life lost in addiction, anxiety, depression, self hate, & nervous system dysregulation.
I am honored to be here as a guide serving others on their own journeys to deep self love & an improved quality of life.

If you are suffering from any of the above symptoms turning to the Nervous System may offer the support you need. It is the main command center of the body & the health of this system affects every other system within the human vessel.
The Nervous System remembers how you felt during a particular event or trauma & locks it away until processed & integrated. Learning how the nervous system works can help us to pay attention to different states of arousal within ourselves & deal with what comes up, learning to respond rather than react.
Signs of regulation include: patience, acceptance, quality sleep, increased energy, improved cognitive function, improved thoughts, & improved well-being & quality of life.
Great for daily use for a consistent 40 days to engrain some new habits, or just on days that you feel dysregulated & could use the gentle reminders provided in this workbook.
