My life’s work is rooted in reclaiming the human spirit by reconnecting to our bodies. Too often, we search outside ourselves for answers when much of what we seek already resides within. Trusting ourselves can feel impossible until we begin to address the issues stored within our tissues and develop a relationship with our bodies and the source that created them.
Our bodies hold immense wisdom, gently guiding us toward what is best for us in any given moment. The symptoms that arise—physical, emotional, or otherwise—are often invitations calling us back home to ourselves. Many are linked to emotional shocks from the past, waiting to be acknowledged and integrated.
Conscious movement practices and inner journey work have been a cornerstone of my healing journey, gradually assisting in the integration of other modalities that support deep healing. These practices have provided a space for self-inquiry, embodiment, and a way to drop into the vessel of the body—through which we can more easily attune to divine guidance and support from the Most High.
I believe that, as we are made in the image of God, our bodies are sacred vessels for divine wisdom and love. The clearer we keep our channel, the deeper our connection becomes. My hope is that these practices guide you toward inner peace and freedom no matter the challenges present in the world today. I also believe that as we unlock the wisdom of the body, we bring more love into the world—a love that is needed now more than ever to bring heaven to earth.
You are your own greatest healer and guide. Along the way, you will encounter invaluable and necessary teachers and mentors who can support you (the best ones will guide you back home to yourself), but ultimately, the answers you seek are already within you.
Kelsey creates energetically safe and supportive spaces for self-inquiry as well as connecting to the deep calm that is available through practices like yoga, chi gong, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and inner journey work. Whether in a drop-in class or an intensive setting, care is taken to ensure the space is clear, grounded, and free of judgment.
As Trevor Hall says, “It is in and through the body.” It is through this deep connection to the body that you unlock wisdom, clarity, peace, freedom, and a deeper connection to God. These bodies are more than just a bag of bones randomly tossed together—they are intricately designed to support our journeys as we walk earthside. We hope that these practices offer you as much support and clarity as they have for many others.
Kelsey has had the privilege of experiencing life in a way that has given her deep insight into the challenges we face as humans. These experiences led her to seek practices that help alleviate and transform the effects of chronic stress, addiction, trauma, and low self-worth. Along the way, she has extensively researched the nature of our existence, the roots of addiction and trauma, and the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and energetic healing.
With over 1,000 hours of training in various forms of yoga—including Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Kriya meditation—Kelsey continues to expand her knowledge, currently deepening her studies in Chi Gong. Her life’s work is dedicated to the reclamation of the human spirit, guiding herself and others back to their own inner wisdom and connection to the divine.
Above all, she is a devoted mother to her two boys, Gage and Mack, who keep her on her toes and remembering to play. She finds joy in nature, exploring, dancing, lying riverside with a good book, and continuously expanding into her multidimensional self.

Chronic stress and anxiety often manifest as physical tension. By focusing on the body, you can regulate your nervous system, calming the mind and creating a sense of safety and well-being. This is my specialty!
Emotional and mental stress can get trapped in the body, leading to chronic pain and discomfort. My 1-on-1 sessions help you identify and release these areas of tension, bringing relaxation and ease.
Dropping into the body is not just about relaxation—it's also about building strength and resilience. By tuning into your body, you can develop physical strength that supports your overall well-being, making you feel more empowered in every aspect of your life.
You don’t need intense power workouts every time to lose weight or get in great shape. While that approach works for some, it’s not always the best for everyone—especially if you’re in chronic fight or flight mode. Slow, mindful movement can be incredibly effective in balancing cortisol levels, helping you shed excess weight and tone your body in a sustainable, nurturing way.
If you’re recovering from an injury, slow, intentional movement is key. My sessions are designed to help you heal mindfully, restoring your body to its optimal state without pushing it beyond its limits.
When you're in your body, you're more present and connected to the moment. This heightened awareness helps you make decisions that are in alignment with your true desires and needs.
A body that is relaxed and a nervous system that is regulated lead to better sleep, improved digestion, and enhanced overall health. My sessions offer you tools to achieve this balance naturally.
Dropping into the body creates a safe space for healing, where you can gently explore and release old wounds, patterns, and traumas that may be holding you back from living your fullest life. These practices coincide nicely if you are working with a therapist or specialist in trauma.
By spending more time in your body, you cultivate a deeper sense of peace and contentment, making it easier to navigate the challenges of life with grace and calm.
Lila means divine play or cosmic game—the recognition that we are here to express ourselves as sons and daughters of God, each carrying an authentic spark with a unique calling and path to share.
When we remember and surrender to this knowing, our lives become an offering, a service to God, and through this, we help bring Heaven down to Earth.
